Where this started
In 1962 we drew dinner coming out of a machine.
George Jetson presses a button and a roast arrives, hot and perfect. It was a joke about the far future. The cartoon is set in 2062.
We are well ahead of schedule. Wok robots cook stir-fry in Osaka. Bowl lines build lunch under the counter in California. Whole kitchens run on their own in Hamburg. The machines are already in the kitchen.
The question
Where are we going with all of this?
Vision
One open standard for every kitchen robot.
A dish written once should cook the same on any machine, from any maker. The cook chooses the machines that fix their hardest problem, adds them one at a time, and swaps them when something better comes along.
The recipes stay theirs.

Mission
Give independent kitchens a fighting chance.
The family chain, the neighbourhood noodle shop, the regional favourite. Help them use the robots that are coming on their own terms, open the sites a full kitchen team could never carry, and keep their food in their own hands.
What we believe
-
01
The brand owns its food.
Technique took years to build. It should never end up living inside someone else's machine.
-
02
Machines should speak one language.
Today every robot speaks its own. A menu set up for one has to be rebuilt for the next.
-
03
Open the kitchens that never could.
Smaller towns and quieter streets deserve good food too. Robots can make those sites work.
The future of food should still belong to the people who cook it.
